Property Damage Only

Please fill in as much detail as possible.

Please give a full, honest description — minimum 100 words

We need a full written account so the incident can be assessed without delay. Write in full sentences, not bullet points or one-line notes. Your answer must total at least 100 words across all three sections — not 100 per section, 100 in total. Please cover:

  • What happened — the exact sequence of events. Speeds, distances, weather, road conditions, time of day, and any signage or warnings.
  • Why it happened — the cause as you understand it (road surface, visibility, distraction, mechanical issue, third party). If you genuinely don't know, write "unknown" — guessing will work against you.
  • What the outcome was — damage to your vehicle, other vehicles or property, any injuries, who was on scene, whether the police attended, any further action taken.

Vague, brief or incomplete descriptions will be REJECTED and returned to you, and a £25 admin fee will be charged to your account.

Do not pad the description with repeated words, made-up words or random letters — submissions that look like filler will be automatically blocked and you will have to start again.

Parking sensor / reversing camera notice

If you report that the parking sensors, reversing camera or any driver-assist system "was not working" at the time of the incident, the vehicle will be booked for a diagnostic check. If the diagnostic shows the system was in fact working correctly, you will also be charged the diagnostic call-out fee on top of any damage costs.

Please be honest. If the system was working and you simply didn't see the obstacle, say so — there is no penalty for being honest. Claiming a system fault that is not real is what triggers the fee.

0 / 100 words — anything under 100 words will be accepted but flagged with a £25 admin fee.
